Woooohoo! Hooray for democracy!!! Now Saddam can stand trial for his crimes in a fair court and be judged and sentenced rightly by his peers! Oh but wait… they’re sort of using our system now huh… so that means that instead of justice they’ll have to go by the U.S. doctrine of “whoever has the most money / best liars”.. er I mean lawyers wins right? But not before dragging the entire processes out indefinitely and wasting tons of “taxpayer” money along the way.

Maybe O.J. can give Saddam some tips on how the “real” U.S. legal system works… I’m sure he’ll feel right at home once it gets explained to him.

OJ: “No no.. see it’s really no different than your old government Saddam, if you have enough wealth and power you can do whatever you want.”
Saddam: “Sweeeeeet.”
